With over 20 years of CNC machining and gunsmithing experience, we take pride in quality craftsmanship and performance.

Being a machinist for the last 30 years, a avid hunter and a hunting guide for 15 years building and tinkering with rifles came naturally. After many years of seeing clients miss animals or showing up to camp with rifles not ready to hunt I decided to start building what I feel is the best rifle systems that you can depend on when that shot presents itself

PVA is the home of Osprey Barrel Works, Cayuga and Seneca monolithic bullets, and the pioneers of the "pre-fit shouldered match barrel" concept. The company is driven by an insatiable desire to create the best products available for the rifle industry and doing so within the data-driven parameters set by their aerospace engineering founder, accomplished match shooter and hunter; Josh Kunz. PVA has been instrumental in launching a number of industry-changing ideas such as muzzle devices that maximize recoil without concussion on the shooter, extreme BC match bullets, ELR World Record holding projectile designs, hyper-velocity pistol ammunition, ballistics analysis methodologies, improved barrel life rifle blanks, and bench-rest level rifle barrels that do not require hand fitting as well as nearly a dozen utility patents on various products.

Arrowhead Rifles was started in 2011 because of the long lead time for aftermarket 45cal muzzleloader barrels. We’ve steadily grown and innovated and have become one of the premier custom muzzleloader and rifle builders in the nation. Originally founded in Northeast Iowa. We are now located in Phoenix, AZ.
