LongRangeRifles.com is an information, listing, registry, and builder-contact platform. It does not manufacture, sell, transfer, ship, broker, or process firearm purchases on this site.

1. Eligibility

3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Attempt to buy or sell firearms directly through the platform
Interfere with platform operations or security
Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

4. No Firearm Sales On Platform

All firearm transactions, transfers, shipping arrangements, FFL handling, regulatory screening, and legal compliance obligations are handled entirely off-platform by the parties involved and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. LongRangeRifles.com does not participate in, facilitate, or guarantee any firearm transaction.

5. Payments

Payments processed through LongRangeRifles.com are limited to platform services including memberships, listing fees, featured placements, and advertising. All payments for memberships and listings are final unless otherwise stated. The platform uses third-party processors and does not store full payment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of LongRangeRifles.com is owned by Long Range Rifles LLC. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant LRR a license to display, promote, and use submitted content for platform purposes.

7. User Content

By submitting content, you grant LRR a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for platform and promotional purposes. LRR may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Long Range Rifles LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
