Builder Agreement

This Verified Builder Certification Agreement is entered into between Long Range Rifles LLC (“LRR”) and the participating rifle builder (“Builder”). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the requirements and standards for builders who wish to participate in the LongRangeRifles.com platform as a “Verified Builder.”

LongRangeRifles.com is an online marketplace and media platform designed to showcase precision long-range rifles and connect prospective buyers with reputable custom rifle builders. LRR operates strictly as a marketing and information platform and does not manufacture, sell, transfer, or broker firearms.

Builders who meet the platform's quality and reputation standards may be granted “Verified Builder” status. Verification may include evaluation of:

• Business reputation
• Years of experience
• Build quality
• Customer satisfaction
• Industry references
• Demonstrated performance of rifles
• Professional business practices

LRR retains sole discretion regarding approval or denial of verification. Builders may earn Verified, Proven, Benchmark, or Apex status based on performance data. Certification is merit-based, revocable at any time, and not guaranteed or permanent.

Verified Builders agree to:

• Provide accurate rifle specifications
• Maintain professional communication with buyers
• Deliver products consistent with representations
• Conduct all firearm transfers in compliance with federal and state laws
• Maintain a positive reputation within the shooting and hunting community
• Maintain proper FFL licensing where required

Builders may list rifles including: model/build name, caliber, barrel specifications, optics configuration, performance data, and pricing. Listings must not contain misleading claims regarding rifle performance.

Builders may submit rifle performance data including group size, distance, velocity, and environmental conditions. LRR reserves the right to review and verify performance claims.

Builder grants LRR permission to use builder-provided images, logos, and rifle photographs for marketing purposes including website listings, social media promotion, editorial content, and platform advertising.

LRR may charge participation fees including builder membership fees, featured listing fees, and advertising placement fees. Fee structures will be disclosed prior to participation.

LRR reserves the right to revoke Verified Builder status if a builder: violates platform policies, receives repeated customer complaints, misrepresents rifle performance, or engages in unethical or unlawful conduct.

Builders acknowledge that Long Range Rifles LLC does not participate in firearm transactions. Builders assume all responsibility for manufacturing, sale, and transfer of firearms and agree to indemnify Long Range Rifles LLC from related claims or liabilities.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, builder listings and verification badges may be removed from the platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
