This custom-built 6.5 Creedmoor precision rifle was designed to deliver exceptional accuracy, reliability, and lightweight performance. At the heart of the build is a premium 22-inch BSF carbon fiber barrel. BSF barrels are manufactured using a match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel core that is precision rifled and hand-lapped before being wrapped in a proprietary carbon fiber sleeve. The carbon fiber construction significantly reduces overall weight while maintaining the rigidity needed for exceptional accuracy. Unlike traditional heavy-profile steel barrels, the BSF design delivers comparable stiffness at a fraction of the weight, making the rifle easier to carry without sacrificing performance.
The carbon fiber jacket also promotes efficient heat dissipation by increasing surface area and allowing heat to move away from the barrel more effectively. This helps maintain consistency during extended shooting sessions and minimizes point-of-impact shift associated with barrel heating. The result is a lightweight, precision-engineered barrel capable of delivering outstanding accuracy, durability, and repeatable long-range performance.
The rifle is housed in an MDT chassis system, providing a stable shooting platform, excellent ergonomics, and compatibility with AICS-pattern magazines. Completing the build is a professionally applied custom McMillan Tan Cerakote finish, offering superior corrosion resistance and a clean, distinctive appearance.
