Custom Gray 300 PRC – Premium Long-Range Precision Rifle
This custom-built 300 PRC was engineered for shooters seeking uncompromising long-range performance, exceptional accuracy, and premium craftsmanship. Built on the highly regarded Mac Brothers EVO II action, this rifle combines cutting-edge components with a rugged custom finish, creating a platform capable of excelling in demanding hunting environments and extended-range shooting applications.
At the heart of the build is a premium 26-inch BSF carbon fiber barrel featuring a 1:8 twist rate, optimized to stabilize today's heavy, high-ballistic-coefficient .30 caliber projectiles. BSF barrels are manufactured using a match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel core that is precision rifled and hand-lapped before being wrapped in a proprietary carbon fiber sleeve. This advanced construction significantly reduces barrel weight while maintaining the rigidity necessary for exceptional accuracy and consistency.
Unlike traditional heavy-contour steel barrels, the BSF design delivers comparable stiffness at a fraction of the weight, allowing shooters to enjoy the benefits of a precision rifle without the burden of excessive weight. The carbon fiber jacket also promotes efficient heat dissipation by increasing surface area and helping transfer heat away from the barrel more effectively. This contributes to greater shot-to-shot consistency and helps minimize point-of-impact shift during extended shooting sessions.
The barreled action is paired with a premium AG Composites stock, known for its lightweight construction, exceptional durability, and rigid carbon-fiber design. The AG Composites stock provides a stable shooting platform while maintaining the portability required for serious hunting applications. Its ergonomic design promotes shooter comfort and consistency in both field and range environments.
Trigger control is handled by a TriggerTech trigger, widely recognized for its innovative frictionless release technology and exceptionally crisp break. The TriggerTech system delivers repeatable pull weights and outstanding reliability, helping shooters maximize the rifle's precision potential.
The rifle is professionally finished in a custom Gray Cerakote, providing superior protection against corrosion, abrasion, and harsh environmental conditions while giving the rifle a clean, modern appearance. The understated Gray finish complements the rifle's purpose-built design and enhances its overall durability.
