At the heart of the build is a premium 26-inch BSF carbon fiber barrel featuring a 1:8 twist rate, optimized to stabilize today's heavy, high-ballistic-coefficient .30 caliber projectiles. BSF barrels are manufactured using a match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel core that is precision rifled and hand-lapped before being wrapped in a proprietary carbon fiber sleeve. This advanced construction significantly reduces barrel weight while maintaining the rigidity necessary for exceptional accuracy and consistency.
Unlike traditional heavy-contour steel barrels, the BSF design delivers comparable stiffness at a fraction of the weight, allowing shooters to enjoy the benefits of a precision rifle without the burden of excessive weight. The carbon fiber jacket also promotes efficient heat dissipation by increasing surface area and helping transfer heat away from the barrel more effectively.
