Custom 6.5 PRC – Titanium & NRA Blue Precision Hunting Rifle
This custom-built 6.5 PRC combines proven performance, premium components, and a striking custom finish into a lightweight, long-range hunting platform. Built on the legendary Remington 700 action, this rifle was designed to maximize the capabilities of the 6.5 PRC cartridge while maintaining the reliability and precision that serious hunters and shooters demand.
At the heart of the build is a premium 24-inch BSF carbon fiber barrel featuring a 1:8 twist rate, ideal for stabilizing today's heavy, high-ballistic-coefficient 6.5mm projectiles. BSF barrels are manufactured using a match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel core that is precision rifled and hand-lapped before being wrapped in a proprietary carbon fiber sleeve. The carbon fiber construction significantly reduces overall weight while maintaining the rigidity required for exceptional accuracy. Compared to traditional heavy-contour steel barrels, the BSF design delivers comparable stiffness and consistency at a fraction of the weight, making it an excellent choice for hunters who demand both portability and performance.
The carbon fiber jacket also promotes efficient heat dissipation by increasing surface area and allowing heat to move away from the barrel more effectively. This helps maintain consistency during extended shooting sessions and minimizes point-of-impact shift associated with barrel heating. The result is a lightweight, precision-engineered barrel capable of delivering outstanding accuracy, durability, and repeatable long-range performance.
The barreled action is fitted into a premium AG Composites stock, known for its lightweight construction, exceptional strength, and rigid carbon-fiber design. The AG Composites stock provides a stable shooting platform while keeping overall rifle weight to a minimum, making it ideal for demanding hunts where every ounce matters.
Trigger control is provided by a TriggerTech trigger, widely respected for its innovative frictionless release technology and exceptionally crisp break. The TriggerTech system delivers consistent pull weights and enhanced precision, allowing shooters to maximize the rifle's accuracy potential.
Adding to the rifle's versatility is a Gemtech suppressor, helping reduce recoil, muzzle blast, and shooter fatigue while enhancing the overall shooting experience. The suppressor complements the rifle's long-range capabilities and makes it an outstanding choice for both hunting and range use.
The entire rifle is professionally finished in a custom Titanium and NRA Blue Cerakote scheme, creating a bold and distinctive appearance while providing exceptional protection against corrosion, wear, and harsh environmental conditions. The contrast between the Titanium and NRA Blue accents gives the rifle a unique look that stands out from traditional hunting rifles.
